Hi guys I’ve decided to do another cupcake recipe and use the same actual cupcake sponge batter recipe from my previous blog so if you want to find out how to make it p,lease refer back to my previous blog “Vanilla cupcakes” Last week i wanted to use the same batter but change the decoration a bit. So that the surprise inside the cake is cherries and the decoration on the top is cherry sauce and kiwi.
I made the cheery sauce and filling of the inside of the cake, by putting a handful of cherries into a saucepan and at least 4-5 tablespoons of sugar and stir on a low gas mark.
for the decoration i had a used the sauce from the saucepan and used a bit of crushed biscuits on top i then used kiwi on some as well.
